Mission: Flanagan West, Inc. mission is the successful reintegration of Homeless Veterans.
Strategy: Flanagan West, Inc. is an innovative Public Community Action Program created in 1998 to fill gaps in the continuum of care for veterans. Through a coordinated effort with the United States Department of Veteran Affairs, Service Groups and U.S. VETS, veterans can break the cycle of homelessness and addiction.
Outcomes: By fostering a sense of individual responsibility within a safe, sober and therapeutic environment, Flanagan West, Inc. provides a suppor system for Veterans In Progress (VIP) program of the U.S. VETS.
Model: Flanagan West, Inc. is a IRC 501 (C) (3) Non-Profit service provider. The U.S. VETS model is a unique way to address the social services issues facing our own nation today.
